Standard delivery time on orders from our website is 7-10 working days (Mainland Spain).

Deliveries throughout the province of Almeria are delivered for a flat rate of €30 per delivery.

Deliveries throughout the province of Murcia are delivered for a flat rate of €50 per delivery.

For deliveries outside of the Almeria and Murcia provinces, please get in touch with info@casadecomposite.com for a personalised delivery quote.

Large orders and orders outside of the Almeria and Murcia provinces may be subject to palletised deliveries, which are to the property roadside only. Your order will need to be unloaded by hand. A person must be present to help unload the goods and sign for receipt.

Returns

If you wish to return or exchange your goods, please get in touch via email within 14 days to info@casadecomposite.com.

Items must be unused and in perfect, resale condition and in their original packaging.

In the case of returns, once the goods have been collected and inspected to check they meet the requirements outlined above, you will receive a refund (credited back to the method you paid with) within 7 working days of receipt.

In the case of an exchange, the replacement item(s) will be delivered to you when the returned items are being collected.
